Secure payments
- Cards
- Processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Bank transfer
- To Coyfield Ltd, with your order reference. Your place is confirmed when the money lands.
- VAT
- Prices are shown before VAT and the VAT is itemised on your receipt.
- No surprise charges
- Hosting is optional and monthly. Nothing extra is started without your approval.

- Every site is checked on phone, tablet and desktop before you see it.
- Yours to keep
- Domain registered in your name. Files and accounts handed over. No lock-in.
Customer protection
- Refunds
- Full refund of the Launch price any time before we start building, no questions asked. Not happy with the first version: we put it right, and if we still can't, we refund the Launch price before it goes live.
- Domain fees
- Refunded in full until the domain is registered.
- Refund timing
- Back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
- Complaints
- Email hello@lumith.studio. A person replies within 5 working days. Full wording in the Launch terms, section 12.
Data and privacy
- What we keep
- Only what we need to build and support your site. Details in the privacy notice.
- What a partner sees
- The trade, a masked order reference, the order value before VAT, their commission and its status.
- What a partner never sees
- Your name, phone, email, address, brief, files or payment details.
- Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted at hello@lumith.studio.

Look through the live example sites, the order steps and the partner dashboard before you post anything. If something does not look right to you, don't share it, and tell us why.
Your audience remains our responsibility.
If someone orders through your link, the customer relationship is ours: the build, the questions, the changes, any refund and any complaint. You are never asked to chase, support or refund anyone. If a member of your group has a problem, send them to us and we deal with it.
