What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences and understand how it's used.

How we use them

• Essential: required for the site to function securely, including remembering your cookie choice itself. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics: help us understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you, and Microsoft Clarity, which is set only with your consent.
• Functional: remember choices such as previously entered details, and load our voice assistant widget (ElevenLabs) once you have accepted.

Microsoft Clarity

With your consent we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, recorded as an anonymous session replay and aggregated into heatmaps. We use this to find pages that confuse people or break on a particular device. Clarity masks text you type into forms, and we do not use it to identify individuals. Microsoft acts as our processor and may combine this with its own data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If you decline non-essential cookies, Clarity is never loaded.

We do not use cookies to sell your data or for cross-site advertising.

Managing cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well as a result.
