Partner Network terms

1. What this is

Coyfield Ltd, trading as Lumith (company no. 16109486, VAT no. 508458476), pays independent partners a commission for customers they refer who go on to buy. You are not an employee, agent or representative of Lumith. You can't sign anything or promise anything on our behalf.

2. How referrals are tracked

• Your link lumith.studio/r/<code> sets a 60-day cookie. The last partner link clicked before the order wins.
• Your code typed into the order form counts as well and beats the cookie.
• After a customer's first paid order, that customer is linked to you for 90 days for upgrades and add-ons bought through their account.
• We can correct attribution where the logs show a mistake. We'll tell you why.

3. What we pay

• Rates depend on how many paid partner orders the programme has had so far (shared pool): Launch site 40% for orders 1 to 20, 30% for 21 to 50, 20% after that. Packages from £299: 30%, 25%, 20%. Hosting and extras: 25%, 20%, 20%.
• Base is the amount the customer paid excluding VAT, discounts, refunds, chargebacks and domain registry fees. Quality and activity bonuses (5% and 5%) are assessed quarterly and paid as a separate line.
• An awarded commission keeps its rate even if the table changes later.

4. When we pay

• 30-day hold after the customer pays, for refunds.
• Monthly bank transfer once your available balance is £50 or more, UK account or Wise. You get a statement with each payout.
• Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission. If it was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
• You are responsible for your own tax. If you are VAT-registered, tell us and we'll handle invoices accordingly.

5. Rules for promoting

• Label promotional content clearly as an advert or affiliate link (ASA CAP Code, CMA guidance).
• Only use prices, timings and inclusions published on lumith.studio/launch. No guarantees of ranking, leads or delivery times.
• No self-referrals, family or business-partner orders through your link, cookie stuffing, pop-unders, incentivised traffic, spam or bidding on the word "Lumith" in paid search.
• No fake reviews, ratings, client names or before/after images that aren't real.
• Coupons are issued only by Lumith. Your code is a referral code, not a discount, unless we agree a campaign in writing.
• Custom creatives: send them to hello@lumith.studio before use.

6. Data

Your dashboard shows order references, trades, amounts and statuses, never customer names or contact details. Don't collect customer data on our behalf. Our privacy notice applies.

7. Ending it

Either side can end this any time by email. Commissions already awarded are still paid after the hold. We can suspend an account immediately for a breach of section 5, and withhold commissions that came from the breach.

8. Changes

We can change rates and rules for future orders with 14 days' notice by email. English law, English courts.
