Terms of Service

These terms govern the services Lumith provides and the quotes and orders you place with us. By placing a deposit or instructing us to begin, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Coyfield Ltd(trading as Lumith), a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 16109486, registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. VAT No. 508458476.
2. Quotes & orders
- Prices shown in our builder are fixed for the scope you configure.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT, charged at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%).
- We confirm scope on a short call before work begins; any change to scope is agreed in writing first.
- Included revisions: Launch 2 rounds, Growth 2, Authority 2–3; Complete runs review cycles to sign-off within the agreed scope. Revisions refine the agreed work; new pages, features or scope changes are quoted separately.
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Deposit & payment
- A £99 deposit secures your slot and is applied to your total. It is refundable if you change your mind before work begins (returned within 2–5 working days); once work has started it is non-refundable.
- The balance is invoiced after the scope call and is payable per the invoice terms.
- Your first 12 months of hosting and SSL are included. After that you may continue on a care plan or move the site to your own hosting.
- If you need a domain we register and set it up at cost; domains and other third-party costs (paid fonts, premium stock, ad spend, app subscriptions) are billed at cost and agreed in advance.
- Monthly care plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with reasonable notice. No long lock-in.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates given in good faith and assume timely provision of content, feedback and approvals from you. Delays in materials or responses may extend timelines.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the content or access we need to do the work.
- Ensure you have the rights to any text, images or assets you supply.
- Review and approve work within agreed timeframes.
6. Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered website, code and accounts transfers to you. Third-party components remain under their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel before work begins and we refund your deposit within 2–5 working days. Once work has started, the deposit is applied to your total and is non-refundable. We confirm the position before any work commences.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
