Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Lumith Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

2. Quotes & orders

• Prices shown in our builder are fixed for the scope you configure.
• We confirm scope on a short call before work begins; any change to scope is agreed in writing first.
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Deposit & payment

• A deposit secures your slot and is applied to your total.
• The balance is invoiced after the scope call and is payable per the invoice terms.
• Monthly care plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with reasonable notice — no long lock-in.

4. Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates given in good faith and assume timely provision of content, feedback and approvals from you. Delays in materials or responses may extend timelines.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the content or access we need to do the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any text, images or assets you supply.
• Review and approve work within agreed timeframes.

6. Ownership

On final payment, ownership of the delivered website, code and accounts transfers to you. Third-party components remain under their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel before work begins; the deposit covers initial setup and scheduling and may be non-refundable once work has started. We will confirm the position before any work commences.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
