The domain is registered in your name and your email. Hosting is in your name too. If you ever leave, you take the site, the domain and the accounts with you. No lock-in, no hostage hosting. Hosting is optional and separate from the £99; the registry fee is passed on at cost plus £15 a year for setup and renewals.

Why is it only £99?
Fixed scope: one page, a structured brief, four tested designs and one round of changes. It's a launch batch of 10 sites. Our normal packages start at £299.
Is VAT included?
No. £99 + VAT, so £118.80 in total. Coyfield Ltd, VAT no. 508458476. You get a VAT receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, at any point before we start building: no questions. Once the build has started, the £99 covers the work done, so no refund, but you still get the site and the one round of changes. Hosting and domain fees are refundable until they're registered.
How fast is it really?
About an hour of build time once you've paid and sent the basics (business name, services, areas, contact details). You see the preview the same working day, tested on phone and desktop. Photos or a domain arriving later pause the clock, not the price.
Is this a template?
It starts from one of our four tested designs, not a blank page. Your services, areas, photos, colours and main button are set up for your business.
What do I need to send?
Business name, services, areas and how customers should contact you. A logo and three or more of your own job photos help. No photos yet? We use professional stock images until you have some.
How many changes do I get?
One consolidated list of minor changes: wording, photos, colours, contact details. A second round is £19. New sections or a different design are quoted first.
What does hosting cost?
Your own hosting: free, we hand over the files. Hosted by Lumith: from £9 a month, billed from launch. Cancel any time.
Who owns the domain?
You do. We register it in your name and email if you don't have one, at cost plus £15 a year for setup and renewals. Already have one? We connect it free.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Card through Stripe, or a transfer with your order reference. Your place is confirmed when the payment lands.
What if I outgrow the site?
Order any Lumith package from £299 within 90 days of going live and the full £99 is credited.
Will a website guarantee me work?
No, and nobody honest will promise that. It makes you easier to trust and easier to contact. Your reviews, prices and how fast you reply do the rest.
