Lumith Launch terms

1. Who we are and who this is for

Coyfield Ltd, trading as Lumith, company no. 16109486, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, VAT no. 508458476. Launch is sold to businesses, sole traders and professionals for use in their trade. It is not offered to consumers.

2. What you get

• One responsive scrolling web page with up to 7 sections chosen from our standard set.
• One of our starting designs, set up with your colours, logo (or business name as text), photos, services, areas and contact details.
• Short page copy written from your brief answers.
• Click-to-call, email link and a basic enquiry form.
• Basic on-page SEO: page title, description, headings, alt text and indexing settings.
• Checks on phone, tablet and desktop before you see the draft.
• One consolidated round of minor amendments (section 5).

3. What is not included

• Hosting after handover (from £9 a month, optional).
• Domain registration (at cost, in your name).
• Extra pages, online shop or client login.
• Logo design or branding.
• Booking systems or integrations.
• Moving an old site's content.
• Guaranteed enquiries, sales or search rankings.

Anything outside section 2 is a Change Request. We quote it in writing and do not start without your approval.

4. Price and payment

• The Launch price is £99 + VAT at 20% (£118.80 total), paid in full before work starts, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer quoting your order reference. Card payments are confirmed instantly; bank transfers are confirmed the same working day the money arrives (next working day if it lands after 5pm), and your place in the batch is held for 3 working days while we wait for it.
• Optional extras are shown with their price before you order. Launch client prices apply to orders placed during this batch.
• Hosting is optional and separate. Plans are shown before you order; plans are billed monthly from the day the site goes live; cancel any time; the current month is not refunded.
• Domains we register for you are registered in your name and email: you are the registrant and owner, Lumith is the technical contact. Before we register anything we confirm the exact spelling, ending, first-year and renewal price with you in writing. The registry fee is passed on at cost plus £15 a year for setup and renewals. Registry fees are non-refundable once a domain is registered; premium domains are quoted separately; renewal prices are set by the registry and can change. We remind you before renewals, but paying them on time is your responsibility. You can transfer the domain away at any time once undisputed charges are settled.
• The batch is limited to 10 places. A place is only confirmed once payment clears.
• Credit: order any Lumith package from £299 within 90 days of your Launch site going live and the £99 is credited in full against it. One credit per business, not transferable, not redeemable for cash.

5. Your brief, timing and changes

• Work starts when payment has cleared and the minimum brief is complete: business name, services, areas, a contact method, design choice and your answers on logo and photos.
• Our target is a first draft within one working day of that point. It is a target, not a guarantee. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• If we are waiting on you, the timeline pauses.
• After you receive the draft you have 3 working days to send one complete list of minor amendments: typos, swapping supplied text or photos of similar length, small colour adjustments and contact details, within the chosen layout.
• New sections or pages, a different design, rewriting large amounts of text, new functions, a second list, or changes after approval are Change Requests.
• If we hear nothing for 3 working days we send two reminders. After that the project is paused. After 30 days paused it is archived; restarting may carry a small admin fee, agreed first.
• The site goes live only after you approve it.

6. Refunds and cancellation

• Cancel before we start the build: full refund of the Launch price, no questions asked.
• Once the build has started: no refund of the Launch price. It covers the work already being done; you still receive the site and the included round of changes.
• Domain fees are refunded in full until the domain is registered; after that, registry fees are non-refundable.
• If we can't deliver what section 2 describes, you get a full refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

6a. Changes after launch

After the included round, changes are requested from your account. Contact details, opening hours and real reviews are updated free. Other changes are priced per item or as packs (5 small changes £39, 10 for £69, a new section £39, a new page £29), always shown before you confirm. Care and Growth hosting plans include a monthly batch of small changes. Design changes and new functions are quoted separately.

7. Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use every name, logo, photo, review and piece of text you send, and that reviews are real. We will not publish reviews we believe are invented. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, accreditations and claims on your site.

8. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the content and the finished page as delivered to you. Our underlying design system, components, code library, order system and any editing tools stay ours; you get a permanent licence to use them as part of your site. If you leave Lumith hosting we hand over the published site files and your supplied assets; that export is not a transfer of the Lumith platform or its source. Stock images, fonts and third-party services (booking, email, analytics) stay under their own licences and are not transferred automatically.

9. Portfolio and reviews

We only show your site as an example if you tick the separate box in the brief, and you can withdraw that later. We may ask everyone for honest feedback after launch. We never offer anything in exchange for a review and never ask for a particular rating.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for a Launch order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, or for problems caused by third-party hosting, domains or services we don't control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Data

We use your brief to build your site and to contact you about the order, as set out in our privacy notice. Marketing emails are only sent if you tick that box separately.

12. Complaints and law

Tell us first at hello@lumith.studio and we will reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
