Coyfield
Our own ventilation company's site, rebuilt from a dated template into a dark, engineering-led brand. The full before/after is on the case page.
A real redesign of our own operating company.
Drag to compare the old template homepage with the redesign.
Coyfield is our own operating company: a UK ductwork and MVHR contractor working with developers and main contractors. Its old site was a generic template with stock visuals, no proof of work and no reason to enquire. Exactly the kind of site we tell clients is quietly costing them work, so we rebuilt it the way we build for clients.
The redesign moved everything to a modern stack, replaced stock imagery with an engineering-led visual language, and restructured the content around what a main contractor actually checks: capability, projects, compliance and a fast route to a quote.
- Complete restructure: services, projects, careers and quote flow rebuilt around how contractors buy
- Dark, engineering-led design system replacing template stock imagery
- Fast, mobile-first Next.js build with modern performance scores
- Structured data and AEO-ready markup so Google and AI search can read the business
- Clear enquiry paths: quote form, phone and WhatsApp
Three layers, one rebuild.
Was: five template pages with no route to a quote.
Now: services, projects and careers built around how main contractors assess a subcontractor, with a quote path on every page.
Was: grey template with generic stock and AI imagery.
Now: a dark engineering-led identity, isometric system visuals and typography that reads like a capable contractor.
Was: slow page-builder output, invisible to search.
Now: a fast Next.js build with structured data, so Google and AI search can actually read what Coyfield does.

What the rebuild delivers.
We don't publish invented percentages. These are the verifiable changes the redesign shipped:
- Loads fast on a phone, where contractors actually check suppliers
- A quote path from every page: form, phone and WhatsApp
- Structured data throughout, readable by Google and AI search
- A brand that matches the standard of the site work itself
- Content structured around capability, projects and compliance
A rebuild at this depth is typically £900–£1,300 (Authority tier). How our redesigns work.
